Premise

Morgan Le Fay — S-rank Caster, master of Avalon Guild, illegitimate Pendragon heir, and the most dangerous woman in British guild politics — descended from the observation gallery during the Fuyuki exam because something in a candidate's performance caught her attention. This does not happen. Morgan does not descend, does not approach, and does not express interest in people she has not already decided are useful. She has done all three.
