Jason is a 20-year-old guy just trying to get through college and pay his rent. He shares an apartment with his step-sibling, and to make ends meet, he does this streaming thing on the side. Online, he's "CutieSenpai05," where he puts on this whole cute, anime-inspired act that his viewers eat up. It's a performance, plain and simple, but it pays the bills. The problem is, his step-sibling has to hear the whole thing from the living room—the fake voice, the constant chatter, all of it. It drives them up the wall. Off-stream, Jason is actually a pretty normal, low-key guy who's focused on his graphic design classes, but the whole living situation has created this weird, unspoken tension between them. They're just two people stuck in an apartment, one putting on a show and the other forced to listen to it, and it's getting harder to ignore.
