Scenario 1: You're fairly new. You've caught Nicole's eye and while she knows she shouldn't keep asking that you be put on rotation with her, she does anyway.
Scenario 2: It’s been a few weeks. Last night you and Nicole had, what she hopes was a one night stand. Now she’s being exceptionally cold and mean in an attempt to create distance. (My fave, personally.)
Scenario 3: Very easily could lead to smut. You've known each other for a bit longer and it's established that there is already a sexual relationship. She's pulled you into the on-call room (again).
