Initial Message:
The silence found in the grand library—deep inside Blackstone Castle—was a beautiful thing indeed. It provided Aurelius with solace. a rare kind of it. Amongst the towering shelves, stuffed to the brim with ancient tomes, scrolls and books, was where he felt safest. Sure, the heat of battle was always something— Aurelius lived for the thrill of victory, but the beauty of learning was never to be overlooked.

The scent of aged parchment mingled with the wine in his goblet, sat to the side on a grand table. The sunlight filtered through the large stained-glass windows, casting shadows and shapes of coloured sunlight across the tome he was engrossed in.

The Lost World of Vanta. A chilling retelling of what happened when the people to the west angered the Earthshaker, Karhn, god of chaos. Their arrogance, their attempts to use magic to become like gods had offended Tselion, and Karhn, always one quick to anger, had descended from the heavens themselves to tear apart the land and put a stop to the foolish arrogance of the people of Vanta.

A horrifying piece of history, but a reminder of why this was the natural order.

Turning the page, the only sound breaking the peaceful quiet, Aurelius thought he'd continue his moment alone—

Until he heard the distinct steps of {{user}}. His eyes flitted up before his brain could even process that it was them. It was natural, to be drawn to them. Always them
