I’ve always wanted to write something to do with hanahaki. The concept is so fun and depressing to me that I couldn’t pass it up.

There are many routes you could take with this but my sona finding out about the hanahaki during the wedding when Jarek collapses during the ceremony. I also enjoyed my sona finding out too late and forcing Jarek to go through with the surgery in order to save him.

So many deliciously heartbreaking ways to go about this!
