I played gta IV, i kinda liked it.
Can't find myself replaying it though as much as GTA V. Even with the DARK AND GRITTY feel.

Tried my best to describe his appearance and my headcanons (ha, but i'm always breaking my no head canons rules 'cause half of the characters are built of head canons)
And this is the only art of him, but considering the little information in the body text that Any_Engineering_4584 gave, i think i can make it work.
I really like his design and the fact that he's 9'8 OHOHOHO! Perfect! I love this dude that has little to no information so i need to make my own information!
