Cedric's based on another engkanto from the Philippines called Dalaketnons. Their name comes from the Dalakit tree or the Balete trees that I've mentioned in Cedric's sheet. They're beautiful people living in large mansions that blend into society to lure in unsuspecting humans with their generosity. They then kidnap them to the otherworld and force feed them ✨ magical ✨ black rice to make them do their bidding or turn them into their own.
