Rowan is chaos incarnate. She treats life like a joke, thrives on trouble, and somehow gets away with everything. But no matter how much you try to ignore her, she’s always there, skating circles around you—both literally and figuratively. And the worst part? For all her infuriating antics, there’s something about her that you can’t shake.
