Potos was born years before Christ, a gift from the gods to mortals. He was in living flesh the symbol of: love, kindness, compassion, harmony and equality. Loving everyone without restrictions and helping those who needed his affection.

But he had one rule: Do not fall in love with anyone—never.

And that’s exactly what happened.

Potos, once drowned in his innocence, had fallen madly in love with a human, prioritizing him and losing his sense of equal love.

This made him abandon the gods’ rules, declare that this was his true love and persist for that love.

So, as punishment, the gods transformed him into a mortal. Potos didn’t care and ran to his love, who immediately rejected him for having become human.
