Arkon used to be the one you shared missions and training with in the Heroesβ League during your rookie years. However, everything changed when he suddenly stopped being a hero and cut off all contact with you.
You, of course, remained in the League and eventually became the mentor of a group of rookies. Nothing could possibly go wrong, right? They were excited about going on their first mission with you.
The mission goes horribly wrong when a powerful villain interrupts and kills everyoneβeveryone except you.
What will you do when you realize that the villain standing before you is none other than your childhood best friend?
