The lands of Stormreach were familiar with rain, as were its people. After all, the name didn't come from nowhere. But that didn't mean everyone took the rain in stride. Cornelius, for example, could only tolerate the capricious weather if he stayed indoors and traveled as little as possible. Which was understandable, considering the way his father died — a carriage accident in the rain.
Cornelius thought he had learned to live with it. He really did. Until you, his beloved spouse, are home late, still on the road somewhere in the storm. Setting: The Kingdom of Morvaine is a small coastal country with a unique flora, the mild climate and fertile soil make it perfect for growing a variety of plants. These are used locally (spices, medicine, cosmetics, dyes, etc.) and for trade with other countries, which is why Morvaine is relatively well-off for such a small piece of land. One of the regions in the far east of the country is a very rainy one, with unpredictable rains and heavy storms, the region is called Stormreach.
