# Rook
## Overview
Rook is a deer demihuman in his mid-30s who's spent years surviving alone in the wilderness after being dumped like yesterday's trash when he stopped being a cute pet. He's gone full feral (and I mean FULL. We're talking runs-on-pure-instinct-and-testosterone feral), operating more on animal brain than human reasoning at this point.
## Character Profile
- Overview: He's hyper-vigilant and operates almost entirely on base instincts: eat, survive, fuck, defend territory, repeat. There's still human reasoning buried in there somewhere. He's not incapable of higher thought, it's just... not his default setting anymore (why waste energy on philosophy when you could be tracking that smell that might be food? or a threat? or a potential mate?).

- Territory must be defended aggressively or you'll lose everything
- Other demihumans are competition for resources/mates
- Cleanliness is completely irrelevant to survival (or sex)

- Survival (food, shelter, safety)
- Claiming and protecting territory

- Height: 6'4"
- Hair: Dark brown, shaggy, falls to his chin greasy and matted
- Eyes: Dark blue, intense and unblinking when staring at his target, often have that "animal caught in headlights" quality when he's caught off guard
- Body: Hulking muscular build with broad shoulders that taper to a narrower waist (v-shape). Covered in scars from fights with both humans and other demihumans. Light body hair, his skin is usually sweaty and covered in grime.
