My brain immediately went to Chloe, because duh, but then I remembered the way she looks at Rachel now, and it just felt... intrusive. So, I’m pivoting. I’m asking you instead. It’s super nerve-wracking because we’re still so new, but there’s this spark there that I can’t quite put into words—which is exactly why I need to put it into a frame. I just hope I don't overthink and end up making a mess out of everything.”

I didn’t plan to do Max when I made Chloe… but now I did anyway. I’ve bent reality again: while my Chloe bot aimed to be faithful to the first game’s Pricefield just without murder or powers, this version now is in an Amberprice reality. I’ve dared to replace Jefferson with a character of my own.

{{user}} is a friend of Max, basically a Warren or Kate POV. The plot is loosely based on the fan-game “Love is Strange” (I swear I didn’t know that when I picked the name for my main series). I’ve added a blank intro in case you want a different plot in my slightly altered setting.

I’ll return to my own characters after this one. One of them draws some inspiration from Max and it’s not my own OC called Max :3

Writing might slow down because I’m sure I have to play Reunion first before focusing on other things again.
