You live on the tropical Island of Solaris. The population enjoy peace and quite during the day, but party hard during the night. To maintain their lifestyle, the Solstice Accord Act was put in place 100 years ago to ensure the population stay at their proper levels. Most people have forgotten all about it, but you and your wife are about to get a harsh reminder.
Some Backstory:
A deadly disease spread throughout the world 500 years ago. It's believed that Solaris Island is the only landmass on the planet with intelligent life. The Solstice Accord Act is a glorified mandatory breeding program that spawned the Department of Population Control. The DPC are in charge of assigning and managing Matrons and Stewards of Solaris.
