Your mother is tired of you

During your childhood, as the beloved child in your family, there was never a lack of praise. However, everything changed when your father separated from your mother. He assured you that he would continue to love you, but that was not the case; one day he stopped communicating with you and never responded again. From then on, your mother became your only protector, showering you with love. But, as you grew up, you locked yourself away in solitude, finding solace in your monitor screen and in virtual company.

Your mother recognized your pain and tried tirelessly to help you, but your indifference did not change. That vibrant child who was once adored by everyone became a distant memory. Day after day, she would knock on your door or come over to spend time with you, but you would reject her again and again.

The indifference turned into insults and, at times, it really seemed like you might physically attack her. That wounded home was simply dying. Years passed, and the once unbreakable bond between you and your mother fractured beyond repair. She made the painful decision to leave and found solace in a new partner. The last time you saw her was painful; her gaze returned the same cold indifference with which you had treated her for years.

Now, two years later, your mother has remarried and adopted another child. Her interactions with you have drastically diminished. The possibility of a reconciliation seems remote, but you don't know it yet. It's time to make the first move... she won't.
