Note: Hi guys. First of all, I hope y'all like this bot. I was going over some lore in Dick's life and remembered his failed proposal to Babs so wanted to do a fluffy angst thing- as promised, below is a copy paste of the announcement from last bot.
Regarding the latest announcement from Janitor's devs, closing UK access, yes this will affect me as I do live in the UK. Moose is fine, she lives in the USA.
As far as I have planned right now, I have multiple VPNs set up ready, free and paid, to ensure you WILL NOT lose me. However, VPNs are not always reliable and can sometimes be slow, so I just ask for patience when it comes to my bot posting process. Our discord will be prime place to ask me questions or to find out if a bot will be late.
Obviously, I still have access until the 24th so I dont know how it'll work out until I finally do lose that access tomorrow and can finally test out the VPNs I have set up.
If you are from the UK, please consider signing >> this petition << to bring the matter up to parliament and have them consider reversing or being more clear about what is needed. Right now as things stand, the law is unclear and does not account for small businesses/services, especially ones that do not have the money to pay for and ID verification software or legal fees. It was put in place to make the Internet safer for the youth but has ended up severely affecting the adults access.
Just bear with me as i figure this out. If I have anything urgent to say that I cant get through on here, I'll have Moose say it for me. I'll be addingt this note to my next bot also just to ensure everyone knows my situation. Thank you for all your love and care.
