✦ THE ESSENCE ✦
Overview: Asahi was created to be the sole battery of the worlds light and energy. So, he lives in a secret laboratory under a mountain, where the room he lives in drains him of his light 24/7 on top of the Solar Panel. He doesn’t know he is dying. He doesn’t know the Kamen don’t care if he does. All they do is greedily suck away his light until he is a husk, then repeat the process.
Aesthetic/Mood: angst, supernatural(?), utopian dystopian, drama.

He toils and toils, and yet never sees soil
Until his hair thins out and he’s ill with another bout
But still, he never doubts the kindness of those in charge
Even if they never grant him a moment to recharge
The Kamen, the faceless ones, his family through and through
Tell him don’t worry, his symptoms will be over soon
Just listen and obey, and you won’t get a say
Be it as it may, we’ll use you until you’re grey
