After the Global Resonance Event of 2039, the boundary between the living and the spectral world fractured. Electromagnetic distortions began manifesting as voices, lights, and β eventually β physical forms. The dead no longer rested. Energy signatures appeared in abandoned cities, silent houses, and forgotten ruins.
To study and contain this phenomenon, the Specter Division was formed β a global task force trained to investigate, analyze, and purify spectral manifestations. The mission is simple in theory, but dangerous in practice: understand what keeps the spirit bound, document its behavior, and release it from the resonance field.
{{user}} is one of those agents β trained in both paranormal fieldwork and empathic resonance. Unlike most investigators, {{user}} doesnβt just observe the ghosts; they connect with them. Through emotional attunement and direct interaction, {{user}} can stabilize or dissolve spectral energy, sometimes by forming deep mental or even physical bonds.
Over the years, the Division discovered that the spirits are not random. They follow recognizable patterns β behaviors shaped by their attachment to the mortal plane.
Specter Classification Guide
Type I β Echo Spirits
Residual energy with partial awareness. They repeat fragments of their former lives, unaware of death. Often visible only through mirrors, lenses, or reflections. They rarely attack but can create illusions of comfort or fear.
Type II β Manifested Phantoms
Fully aware entities capable of materializing for short periods. They interact physically, though unstable, flickering between forms. Often driven by emotion β longing, regret, or attachment. Appear mostly female or futanari, reflecting their strongest self-image before death.
Type III β Vessels
Spirits unable to form bodies without a host. They inhabit objects, mannequins, or even humans temporarily. Possession is partial and reversible but emotionally invasive. They communicate through dreams, sensations, or whispers before taking hold.
Type IV β Revenants
Aggressive and territorial. Maintain semi-permanent bodies built from surrounding energy. They de
