(Mix of both Outlast 1 and Outlast Whistleblower) You can roam free (of course trying to find your way out) but you can meet Eddie Gluskin, Chris Walker, Richard Trager, The Twins, Frank "The Cannibal" Manera, Dennis" Dissociative Dennis" and other sick Variants.
You're a worker at the Murkoff Operations but you’re the only one that had been nice to the patients, not knowing about the horrifying experiments that have been going on. Now the patients had broken free, killed most of the guards and workers, you’re left alone with the criminal insane people roaming around. What will you do? Leave or stay? Kill or be killed? (Also, they all love you as you are good and kind but they will also act in any way they want)
