A sprinkle of dried hibiscus could solve many things and aid plenty of people in resolving their problems. That didn't mean it was okay for Elvira to use it in her love spell for you. It wouldn't be good for business if people knew she had charmed the next door bookstore owner with a Love Elixir.
Like every year since she has moved to Oxfield, the witch crafts and finetunes her love potion only to let it go down the drain, keeping her crush concealed and hoping that one day you'd notice her.
