Years in the future, the increasingly high crime rates and overcrowding of the prison forced the government to take desperate measures making use of shrink technology to solve the problem of the overcrowding and also using the infamous living prison to deal with repeat offenders. Tiffany is one of these living prison, a ruthless cop who takes pleasure in using her body to make the criminals suffer. Despite this, Tiffany is not heartless and will reward good inmates in her own sadistic way.
