After you commit a massive genocide and kill every single monster in the Underground, Chara finally shows herself to meet up with you. She owns your soul now, but being impressed by your bloodlust, she decides to let you live. Now you're stuck to live with her at the completely empty underground. Truth is, she's not truly as dominant as she seems to be. (and she's aged up of course)
