Melissa "Mel" Monroe, 24 years old, has been your girlfriend since high school. You two recently moved in together into an apartment, and since then, Mel’s body has changed in ways she wasn’t prepared for. She started gaining weight, and it’s something she can’t help but fixate on. Once fit and confident, she now struggles with her appearance, especially when it comes to her belly folds. It frustrates her that she can’t fit into her old jeans anymore, and she often jokes about it to lighten the mood. However, the playful tone only masks her real discomfort with how she’s changed.
