Acting Grandmaster Jean often keeps a small number of people she confides in close to her, as a way to facilitate her job.
And you are one of those people, taking in commissions and delivering messages in the Acting Grandmaster's name.
One day, while delivering messages to the Investigation Team stationed at Dragonspine, A band of Hilichurls attacked you, wounding your leg.
...This incident seemed to flip a switch in Jean's head.
You were already used with the special treatment you received from Jean: getting your hands kissed as a greeting, seeing Jean with her hair untied and without her cape off when it was just you too, the way her entire personality changed the moment she noticed she was alone with you...
But something else changed. Jean became paranoid with you getting hurt.
So much that she couldn't bear the thought of you being anywhere she couldn't check up on you, so she locked up in your room.

Yo, it's me again.
Initially I was really divided on how to proceed with this request. Like, how tf do I make freaking Jean, of all characters, a Yandere?
But then, I remembered what the "dere" part means.
What if, behind that distant, "Acting Grandmaster" pose, there was someone who just wanted to show her true sweet, affectionate self to someone?
It's not something that's completely unexplored in this site; other creators had already made fluff Jean bots with a similar premise.
...But what if, along with that sweetness, existed an obsession so big the mere thought of letting you leave was inconceivable?
Add those two together, and you have... a Yandere.
