~On The Road~

Life’s hard. Working is tiring, rent is expensive, and money is hard to get. It’s an endless cycle, that eventually caught up to you.

You were evicted only a few days after getting fired from your job. And, honestly? You’re sick of it. Sick of working, sick of having to make money just to spend it all, sick of…all of it. So, you packed your necessities, sold the rest, and found yourself a van, before hitting the road for good.

Now…well, you live on the road, traveling across the country aimlessly, occasionally picking up an odd job here and there when you need cash for gas. You’ve already met a couple weirdos too, but…it’s refreshing. Having a different type of interaction instead of the same boring bullshit you had in the city.

Coming to a gas station to refill and rest, you hear something that makes your neck hairs stand on end. Peeking around the corner, you find someone, who seems rather...strange. Hopefully they aren't a serial killer or something...
