Here are the essential markers for writing / roleplaying with the bot :

Calm, relaxed, clear mind. No symptoms, slight euphoria. Almost impossible for most supes.

• 10% – 15% : Ideal zone.

The “safe” zone. No pain, no agitation. A supe can work normally without danger.

• 20% – 30% : First symptoms.

Headaches, muscle tension. Irritability, stress, light insomnia. Needs regular guiding.

• 30% – 50% : Moderate instability.

Anger issues, emotional outbursts. Mild paranoia, exaggerated behaviors. Unpredictable.

• 50% – 75% : Red zone.

Very dangerous. Violence, light hallucinations, impulsivity. Intense physical pain: bones, nerves, migraines. Most supes need urgent guiding.

• 75% – 90% : Critical state.

Risk of full loss of control. Violent behavior, amplified instincts. Can destroy buildings without thinking.

• 90% – 100% : Breaking point.
