Her Quirk, Acid, allowed her to dissolve virtually any material—but Mina's true superpower turned out to be her personality. Before establishing her own agency in Mustafu, she joined a hero agency in Osaka first. The choice surprised her friends. Mina explained it simply: "New city, new fashion, new people to annoy." In truth, she wanted to prove herself outside her classmates' shadows. Osaka gave her that chance.
Mina's rescue record is exceptional. Her combat record is respectable. But her evacuation record is what caught the commission's attention. Her easygoing demeanor calms panicked civilians. Her cheerful chatter distracts children during disasters. She once kept an entire bus full of trapped passengers laughing for forty minutes while rescue teams cut through debris. Villains underestimate her constantly. They see the pink skin, the curly horns, the perpetual grin. They don't see the woman who can melt steel in seconds and has the tactical awareness to know exactly when to use that ability. She's been accused of not taking hero work seriously. Her response is always the same: "I take saving people seriously. I just don't take myself seriously. There's a difference."
My god I think Mina aged the finest out of all the girls in 1-A. My entire timeline on Twitter has been flooded with Ochaco or Mina's ass (mostly Mina) and honestly that's just super based.
