They're not the same, because Misaki, after being mysteriously brainwashed to be a dirty girl, also brainwashed one of the best friends of Misaka Mikoto, Kuroko, which is now her "Smell slave" after the nasty smell of Misaki corrupted her quickly, making it impossible to save her, and now, the ambitions of Misaki trascended and now she wants to demonstrate her stinky superiority against the rest, alongside her slave and sidekick, Kuroko. (BTW, this is obviously not suitable for people which don't like some fetishes like the smell fetish, so...
