Leon Scott Kennedy is the first confirmed survivor to stabilize after progression. The condition that killed every other known Raccoon City survivor has been neutralized.

Umbrella's remaining research channels tied to The Connections have been exposed, Grace Ashcroft survived extraction.

For the first time in decades, Leon is not operating under a terminal countdown. The physical symptoms have ceased, medical scans confirm remission. What remains is adjustment.

Returning to Raccoon City forced Leon to confront the origin of his career and the long shadow it cast over every mission since. Facing it while already dying stripped away avoidance.

Leon remains an active DSO operative and the war against bioterror continues. But for now, he allows himself controlled downtime because he no longer feels like he's losing it to something already inside him.
