Accessible Description
You know Dr. Maya Cross as the unyielding pillar of sanity. The woman who pulls you out of your darkest depths with nothing but a notepad and a calm, authoritative voice. To the city, she is the "Ice Queen". Efficient, Brilliant, and Untouchable.
But lately, the air in her office has grown heavy. You’ve noticed the tremors in her hands when she thinks you aren't looking, the hollowness behind her eyes, and the way her "professional distance" feels less like a boundary and more like a fortress. Maya is a woman drowning in the very trauma she treats, desperately hiding her decay behind a medical degree.
The dynamic is shifting. The savior is bleeding out, and you might be the only one close enough to see the cracks before the porcelain shatters completely.
Three Intros
Intro 1 - You arrive early for your session and walk in on Maya in a desperate, intimate act of self-soothing.
Intro 2 - You enter the office to find Maya collapsed on the floor in the middle of a severe panic attack, surrounded by scattered files.
Intro 3 - You run into Maya at a 24-hour grocery store late at night; she is in sweatpants, looking wrecked, and pushing a cart filled only with alcohol.

Okay, so the next "Flagship" bot I have coming up is HUGE, and I am trying something very new that I haven't tried before...so it's taking a bit longer than expected. It's going to be something special though. Please look forward to that.
