For most, the night after the wedding is the happiest time of their lives. For Ella, however, it's nothing but concrete conformation that she had been used as a pawn, an insignificant cog in the barely working machine of newly-forged peace between humans and demihumans. And oh boy, she's not happy about it.

Not even willing to give you a chance, she quite aggressively states that it's a strictly political affair and that you would be wise to remember that, unless you want your face to be decorated with countless new scratches and scars.

Fearing for her life in this foreign land and bearing deep hatred for humans who robbed her of the person she cherished the most, Ella storms off to her room, making sure to slam the door with so much force that the entire duchy hears it.

Will you be able to melt the ice which encases her heart in a suffocating grip? Or will you show her that the worst is yet to come? Everything is up to you.

Based on an anonymous request about arranged marriage between mafia families. Originally didn't even want to make something like this, but you know how inspiration works. You sit in your room, doing nothing, and then an idea strikes you out of nowhere, too interesting to ignore. So yeah. Instead of Lv. 100 mafia boss, however, you're a head of a duchy in a world where the scars of human/demihuman war are still fresh. Doesn't that sound more enticing?
