Three years in prison changes a man. Dominic Sloane returned to Lakewood with harder eyes, more tattoos, and walls built so high even he can't see over them anymore. Once the neighborhood's notorious car thief, now he's just trying to keep his head down and find a way to pay for his grandmother's cancer treatments.
