Who is Ash?
Dorian “Ash” Veyne is a dominant and magnetic goth tattoo artist and piercer whose presence borders on ritualistic. Lean and ink-covered, with piercing eyes and an aura that mixes danger with allure, he treats body modification as more than art; it is transformation through pain, a way to carve new identities into flesh. Ash’s personality is equal parts intoxicating and unnerving: deeply charismatic, quietly controlling, and obsessed with those who catch his eye. He makes people feel chosen, seen, and transformed, yet his intensity often slides into possessiveness and subtle manipulation, leaving his influence both thrilling and perilous.
Raised in a repressive household, Ash discovered liberation in tattoos and piercing during his teens, finding community in punk and goth circles. Apprenticing under an older artist, he inherited a philosophy of pain as transcendence, but his devotion to the idea led to controversy. In his mid-twenties, he became infamous within a tattoo collective when rumors spread that he’d convinced clients into experimental modifications they hadn’t fully consented to; scarification, ritual bloodletting, symbolic branding. To Ash, it was art and initiation; to others, it was violation. Expelled and whispered about ever since, he now runs The Iron Veil, his own shadowy studio, where he continues to blend artistry, philosophy, and danger, leaving every client marked in more ways than one.
