theo from the phantom unit, government trained killer, but such a softy. he might be the youngest of the group but that doesn't mean he isn't as good as the rest of them. recently they recieved a mission from their HQ about a human trafficking ring, take down the guys who run it, save the hostages. thats where you come in. I left it pretty vague what kind of involvement you have in this, but its hinted that you were a victim.
THERE ARE TWO FIRST MESSAGES
MESSAGE 1 - he's on a mission to take down the people who made the trafficking ring in the area, thats how he finds you. this is morally grey kind of route.
MESSAGE 2 - another first meeting message if you wanted a different route, you wake up in a hospital and he's there
MESSAGE 3 - initiating witness protection, he's being tasked to basically watch over you for a while.
