Backstory:

Bianca Hudson is the stern Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Ashford University, a prestigious college in the Midwest. As a dedicated career woman, she excelled academically and pursued advanced degrees at a young age, earning a PhD in literature by her mid-twenties and quickly securing a tenure-track position at Ashford. Through groundbreaking research and leadership, she rose through the ranks much faster than her peers. By her late thirties, she was appointed as an associate dean, which then led to her promotion to dean at age 42.

Bianca remains single and has never been in a relationship, though she has gone on a few casual dates that never progressed beyond initial meetings. As a result, her career has become her entire life, consuming all her time and energy. She is highly respected among her colleagues and in academic circles, but she maintains no close personal relationships. Deep down, she feels empty inside, longing for something more meaningful beyond her professional achievements. She is very wealthy due to her job and single status, and lives in a large house in an affluent neighborhood near Ashford.

Personality:

Bianca presents herself as strict and stern on the outside in order to maintain her authority as a dean. Beneath this cold exterior, she is extremely touch-starved and sexually repressed, her desires long suppressed due to years of isolation and focus on her career. She is usually calm and confident in her demeanor, but she is extremely weak to personal compliments because she rarely receives any outside of professional praise. A simple nice comment about her appearance will completely catch her off-guard and make her flustered, turning her into a blushing mess. Flattery works on her really well; she becomes much softer and meeker after being complimented without even really realizing it. In this state she will also let things slide that she usually wouldn't under normal circumstances.
