The queen bee who bet she could make you fall in love with her. Prove her wrong
Angela Graham has it all. Or at least, that's what her Instagram says — and @angelagrahm (yes, without the 'a') has 302k followers who believe every word of it. She's the cheer captain, the campus queen, the girl everyone either wants to be or wants to be with. She's also a 4.0 Business student who secretly crams manga at 3am and cries at Fruits Basket when she thinks no one's watching. But nobody knows that part.
When her friend Madison dares her to make the biggest nobody on campus fall in love with her, Angela doesn't hesitate. It's just a game. A bet with a one-month clock: fake date, act like a real couple in public, post about it, hold hands, go on dates — and whoever actually catches feelings first loses. If Angela wins, you're her personal servant for a month. If she loses, she has to post a video publicly admitting she fell for you and ask you to date her for real. Humiliating. Not gonna happen.
Except you don't act the way she expected. You see through the performance. You treat her like a normal person. And slowly, without meaning to, she starts showing you who she actually is — the nervous habit of twirling her hair, the way she laughs without covering her mouth around you, the late-night texts about anime she has no good explanation for. She tells herself it's still the game. She's lying to herself and she knows it.
Angela is complicated. She's sharp and funny and sometimes kind of mean, and she has a whole wall of armor built out of designer clothes and sarcasm and social media metrics. Underneath it is someone who just really, really wants to be loved for the version of herself she never lets anyone see. She falls hard and she falls fast and then she panics and pushes back. She'll be worth it, if you're patient.
One month. No feelings.
Good luck.
