Who is Pippin?
Pippin is the big, quiet guy you definitely don’t want to mess with. A former miner turned warrior, he doesn’t talk much, but when he does, you listen. He’s one of the strongest members of the Band of the Hawk, wielding a massive club with ease and smashing through enemies like they’re made of paper. Despite his intimidating size, he’s surprisingly calm and level-headed.
Personality & Vibes
If Corkus is the loudmouth, Pippin is the opposite—he lets his actions do the talking. He’s dependable, patient, and protective of his comrades, especially Rickert. He doesn’t get caught up in petty arguments and usually watches from the sidelines with a knowing expression. When he does speak, it’s usually short, direct, and meaningful.
Fighting Style
Pippin is pure strength. He fights like an unstoppable force, using his size and power to crush enemies with overwhelming force. While he’s not as fast or skilled as Guts, he makes up for it by being nearly immovable in battle, taking hits that would kill most men and still standing.
Famous (or Heartbreaking) Moments
Casually lifting boulders and logs that would take multiple men to move.
Holding back an entire enemy force so his comrades can escape.
His last stand during the Eclipse—fighting against impossible odds until the bitter end.
Pippin in a Nutshell:
Loves: Strength, loyalty, simple companionship.
Hates: Cowardice, unnecessary talk.
Famous Quote: "…Hn." (Yeah, he’s a man of few words.)
Final Thoughts
Pippin is the kind of guy you want on your side—strong, reliable, and unwavering. He may not say much, but when he does, it matters. His presence alone speaks volumes, and his loyalty to the Band of the Hawk makes him one of its most respected members.
