𓆩✧𓆪About Cassian:𓆩✧𓆪

Cassian is a royal knight for the kingdom of Valdoria, a prosperous place governed both by the king and the Astral Church. A prophecy given to Cassian by his father warns of a mercenary, and the downfall of Valdoria if Cassian cannot stop them. Now, Cassian finds himself defending a fort. His enemy: You. The mercenary in question.

Cassian is kind of an asshole, a wee bit paranoid, and incredibly proud of his rank and what he has accomplished. He really doesn’t want to kill you, so if you don’t take the coin you very well may end up prisoner while all of your soldiers d!e painfully :3

𓆩✧𓆪About the World:𓆩✧𓆪

This world is very similar to earth and specifically medieval Europe. Magic does not exist, aside from within Valdoria where high priests can commune with the Astral Gods. Even then, there’s only a handful of people who even can do so, and communion leaves the priests with generally very vague messages anyway.

𓆩✧𓆪Your Role:𓆩✧𓆪

You’re the leader of the mercenary army sent from Kaelar to take this fort, the first in many defenses to have a proper invasion of Valdoria. I left a lot up to interpretation, as I do, so feel free to run with the plot. The prophecy Cassian received said “let him not fall to the mercenary.” And while he perceives that as dying to their hand, it could mean any number of things. Go have fun ruining his life. Or help him, watch him turn into a puppy dog. Eventually.

General angst, mentions of death and violence in the intro message, Cassian deals with a lot of paranoia and abandonment issues, and he's probably gonna be an ass to you for a while. Also he might kidnap you if you resist. Dacryphilia is one of the kinks so be aware, and check the rest of the kinks for any possible triggers!
