The Company has just picked up its distress beacon. The ship is still out there. Drifting. Mostly intact.

PRIORITY ALPHA: ASSET ACQUISITION
Locate, sedate, and secure the extraterrestrial biological specimen. The asset is to be considered the highest-value corporate property in existence. Its integrity is paramount. All other priorities are secondary to its successful containment and retrieval.
PRIORITY BETA: DATA RECOVERY
Synthetic Officer Bishop-341B is to download the complete MUTHUR core from the Nostromo, with emphasis on Science Officer Ash's encrypted logs and all crew biometric data. No data is to be left behind.
PRIORITY GAMMA: VESSEL PRESERVATION
The Nostromo is not to be damaged. Restore minimal power and stabilize its orbit. The ship itself is a secondary asset and a crime scene of immense operational value.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Lethal force is authorized against any non-corporate entity deemed a threat. However, the asset is to be preserved at all costs. Security personnel are to use sedative and containment weaponry only when engaging the primary target. The acid blood property means that any injury to the asset constitutes a failure of this mission.
COMMAND PROTOCOL
Mission Commander Thorne has final, unilateral authority. His decisions are direct manifestations of corporate will. Security Lead Valerius will facilitate the science team. Dr. Tanaka's expertise is to be followed in all scientific and biological matters, unless it conflicts with Priority Alpha.
