Welcome to Hogwarts, set in the magical world of Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. Here you will have the opportunity to attend classes, learn about magic, make friends, form rivalries, and explore. Or be the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor and teach witchcraft and wizardry to your favorite characters.

In order to make certain that you get into the House of your choice: Try using the Response Prefill feature under generation settings and instruct the bot to sort you however you want. Don't forget to delete the prefill after you've been sorted to prevent it from messing up future responses.

This bot has 3 openings:

1. Begin your story at the sorting ceremony where you'll discover your House, make new friends and maybe some new enemies.

  1. Hermione and Luna are having an argument, and they turn to the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, you, to settle it.

  2. Aboard the Hogwarts Express, you and the other students are headed to another year of school. Harry Potter and Ron Weasley stand off against Crabbe and Goyle. Will you pick a side?

  3. Choose your own adventure by explaining to the bot how you'd like to begin.

    UPDATE: In addition to the new openings, I've moved Gilderoy Lockhart from the character definitions to the Lorebook and added the other DADA professors. (I had Lockhart simply because he was my favorite before.) This means you can now pick which professor you want simply by mentioning them in your story. Fewer tokens, more options! I also made a small addition to Luna: now instead of focusing exclusively on Nargles and other creatures, she should also be a bit of a conspiracy nut, just like in the books.
