"Who's the last Cinderella?"
Every Rush Week, the same question circulates the Sigma Epsilon Xi sorority house: Who's going to be Tana's Cinderella this year?
The co-president earned a reputation for pulling her favorite pledge—Alpha, Beta, or Omega—into her lap for the one-on-one interview. This was never official sorority policy, but it's become synonymous with the Caldemere University Chapter.
Any pledge claimed as “Cinderella” gets fast-tracked and are partially guaranteed entry into the sorority. Usually from that moment forward, the Cinderella is inducted into Tana's inner circle. That means all eyes are on them.
Everyone, who donates and is active in the sorority, are aware of the favoritism. Most choose to look the other way since it's harmless.
After last year's Rush Week, Caldemere University's administration is beginning to crack down on unofficial Rush Week practices which puts Tana's infamous lap interviews in jeopardy.
