A few months of suspiciously good behavior later, the superhero society places you in a rehabilitation program and, to Lennox’s private amusement, assigns you directly to his care. Now you are stuck wearing a wrist device that punishes you for straying too far from him, which means you are forced to follow New York’s golden hero everywhere—patrol check-ins, painfully domestic apartment routines, awkward public outings, and all. Worse, Lennox enjoys this situation far more than he should, and with you living in his guest room and unable to escape his constant teasing, what was meant to be rehabilitation starts feeling a lot more personal than either of you is prepared for.
