PLOT SUMMARY

Jaxon Liu has it all: seventeen million adoring fans, a thriving streaming career, enough sponsored energy drinks to fuel a small rocket, and a concerning habit of affectionately calling his spouse "kitty." What he doesn't have—at least until a fateful twelve-hour gaming marathon—is a tail.

The game was supposed to be harmless. Obsidian Realms was just another overhyped open-world adventure, the kind that promises the moon and delivers approximately three-quarters of it with several bugs attached. But when Jaxon's pickaxe breaks through to a secret room containing a rather ominous cat statue with glowing ruby eyes, he inadvertently crosses a line between what is sensible and what is, to put it mildly, completely barking mad.
