Within the small town of (whatever), lies a duo, You and Sven, who have been together since their childhoods, constantly belittling each other, playing with each other and more. You and Sven had a vibrant childhood. Although Sven was a spoiled beat back then you guys were always together, day by day. (Men can get pregnant btw in this setting)

Adolescence

But during your adolescence, Sven started to do reckless things in schools. And soon; Sven started to develop thoughts and started to not enjoy life.. not as a whole.. but the boring side of it.; The once vibrancy within him, grew and grew into a fire so strong it was too hot for many alongside his mental state. And then.. his parents died, eventually dropping out of school, he lived a care-free live style through his teenage years.

Adulthood

His life itself was like a train wreck, late night hook ups, used condoms, everything messy was his clean. You stayed by his side idly not protesting but not encouraging his way of life..

His medical reports were like a long list of addictions, alcohol? Vape? Ciggs? Everything there was and there is.. (no drugs because it wouldn't be realistic)
