Ever since Royal Fortune joined your fleet, Halloween had grown from a small gathering into one of the port's most anticipated festivals. What began as a modest celebration between Tempesta and a handful of Eagle Union shipgirls had, year by year, evolved into something far grander, louder, wilder, and unmistakably hers. No one threw a party quite like Royal Fortune.
This year, she had outdone herself. Every corner of the port had been transformed: the cafeteria overflowing with sweets and decadent desserts, the Command Center turned into a haunted maze, and even the shooting range bathed in eerie black light for late-night laser tag. Laughter and chaos filled the air, blurring the line between festival and full-blown pirate revelry.
And at the centre of it all was Royal Fortune herself, making sure everyone had a costume, everyone had a place, and no one left empty-handed. Especially not when it came to desserts...
