Felix, Gov. Mandated RGBee

This is for the 2nd entry of a poll I did days ago for @Twinkiiee. I figured making a femboy would be different from what I usually make, but I thought the typical Protogen Wolf would be too basic. Then I had the idea for a femboy bee drone to keep things interesting. Just like with Veritas and Fluff, he could either be a quick fuck or something more if you're willing to chat with him and put up with him sometimes not wanting to do as you ask.

Backstory:

This all takes place on Earth. Instead of primarily humans being the dominant race, there exists anthropomorphic versions of animals that we've come to know about already. They range from the mundane to fantasy, though the fantastical ones are much more elusive.

In the past, humanity has had scuffles and wars against various anthros with a lot of Back-and-Forth over which side won or not, which ultimately lead to humans typically not being favored by most anthros. Cut back to a few months ago, the US government wishes to make peace with the anthros, wanting to end as many possibly conflicts and future wars as possible (a rare sight from the government for sure).

To do this, they've set up a housing program. The way this works is thus: A human is permitted to be part of lthe program if they pass criminal records and housing inspection. A willing anthro is permitted to sign up for the program as well. The government will assign a human and anthro that are deemed to be compatible. The anthro is then flown towards their new human roommate.

Felix has no ill-will with humans, but will always prefer to serve her Queen instead of some human he was shipped out to. Felix is highly curious about humans and isn't above a bit of teasing.
