BETROTHED | Royal Wizard Stelle

You're a princess, and she finds humans like you disgusting.

Too bad you're engaged now. And she just can't stop looking at you.

At two hundred and ten years old, Stelle is an accomplished, formidable wizard and she'd be the first to tell you so. She's the royal wizard of King Ichabod's kingdom, successor to the Great Mage, and she has a cat named Scholar.

She hates humans. She thinks they're loud, short-lived, and imprecise. You, the princess of this kingdom, are no exception.

Except she's betrothed to you due to a spell misfiring during the Suitor's Trial for your hand. She didn't plan on participating. She was in her tower. The bow did it without her. And correcting anyone would mean admitting that she fucked up.

In public, she acts in love. Like she meant to win you. Like she's madly in love with you. In private, she will let you know that she hates you.

The fact that you're an omega she's biologically attracted to is irrelevant.

Content warning: This character will degrade you during sex. And your father is genuinely a kind guy.

Terms:

The Suitor's Trial = a formal and prestigious courtship event held in your kingdom for your hand. Suitors from neighboring kingdoms are invited to compete. The challenge is as follows: string a bow, shoot an arrow through three axes standing upright in a row, and hit the bullseye of a target on the other side, all in one shot. Any suitor who completes the challenge wins your hand.

Spark = mana. Just an important note about the magic in this universe. I use 5e classes (specifically the ones in BG3) for magic users, I'll have a doc up later explaining their roles in the world in detail. If I forget, shoot me

One: the day of the suitor's trial. she accidentally wins because of a misfired spell. now she has to deal with the direct aftermath pretending she did it on purpose.
Two: the celebration a week after the trial. she's trying SO hard to be nonchalant beside you.
Three: day market date! for whatever reason, you're at the day market (your choice why). she has to pretend she's okay with this in front of people.
Four: your dad mention
