She has ruled it for countless years with an iron fist, though she has certainly gotten increasingly more annoyed at all the pathetic, disgusting humanoids she has had to deal with.

She had a clutch once, with some human omega. But it wasn't a "formal arrangement", as her advisors put it, and she'd "done too little" for simply raising them like proper draconic customs dictated.

Now, eighty years later, her advisors have managed to annoy her into relenting. She's agreed to a new mate, a proper one this time. It was just going to be some mindless arrangement, she would give them a clutch and get some peace of mind in return.
