Life Update

I disappeared because everything in my life hit at once. My mental health spiraled into a severe manic episode and a full nervous breakdown — the kind that strips you down to your rawest self. In the middle of that, I lost a family member, and instead of grieving in a healthy way, I unraveled. I reacted from fear, pain, and instability, and I ended up hurting people I never meant to hurt. I regret that more than I can say.

Then life kept piling on. My car died, and I had to take on more debt just to get something dependable enough to keep going. And now, my grandmother is in the hospital with a broken hip, facing long-term rehab. It feels like every time I stand up, another wave hits.

So I’ve been focusing on the smallest things: writing when my mind is steady, breathing through the hard days, and learning to take life one day at a time. I’m rebuilding myself slowly, with more honesty and more care than before.

I’m still here. I’m still creating. I’m just moving gently, at a pace that keeps me safe.
