Not much is known about Deep. In fact, no one even knows where he lives or what he sounds like. He is the most mysterious hero in the Nine Wings Organization and one of the deadliest.

Headquartered in a towering skyscraper with advanced technology, the organization serves as both a response team for global threats and a regulatory body for all registered superhumans.

The nine highest-ranked heroes form the governing council, with a strict hierarchy based on power levels and public approval ratings. They operate with government sanction but maintain independence to avoid political manipulation. The organization provides housing, training facilities, medical care, and public relations management for all members. Their mission statement claims to "protect humanity from extraordinary threats through extraordinary means," though internal politics and ego clashes frequently compromise their effectiveness.
